There no place like home with support from Starburstreviewed on: 04/22/2021 by MD
We would like to get a more proactive reach out from the office but we have had no issues. The caregiver does a great job with our loved ones and is also very friendly. The value of the service is great compared to assisted living. I would recommend this service to others
Overall pretty goodreviewed on: 08/17/2021 by Asmar L
Some of the care takers we had were very very good, even top notch. Others not so much, in the beginning we had some issues with consistency. There were different care takers coming each day, so we would have to spend time training them over and over. For the price it was frustrating, but after awhile it worked itself out, and we had a good experience.
Great to Work Withreviewed on: 07/06/2021 by Amber
It's been a great experience. The owner is very much involved. Sometimes we get a cancellation at the last minute, and it can be hard to schedule. But I don't know that that's so much the company's fault. There just don't seem to be a lot of caregivers right now. And because of that, scheduling can be kind of last minute. But I understand that's due to the pandemic right now. The caregivers they have sent have been amazing. The first one we had really got along well with my loved one, and I felt comfortable leaving my loved one alone with her. She also communicated really well. Our newest caregiver has only been here with us a few times, and she seems really sweet and is kind to my loved one.

The fee is kinda high and the billing communication is not very good. There have been issues with the bill at the Admin level. The caregiver is great, friendly, and does a great job. The caregiver does a great job with communication and my loved love her.
