a good place for a loved one

The staff is wonderful and I think they are doing a great job. I think they could use more help on nights and weekends. I would recommend this community to others

Know what you're contracting for. Most of the care is very basics, and they don't necessarily do what they are contracted to do. Alot of it depends on the caregiver.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the care they provided was excellent. They went above and beyond to make sure my loved one was happy. The community was ahead of the curve with covid and did a great job keeping their residents safe. I would recommend this community to others. The grounds are secure and safe for memory care also.

Frustrated

We've had a lot of first time people that weren't that good, and we had to ask for them to be removed for issues like laziness, having their ear pods in, meds not given on time. Some of them are absolutely amazing - they'll clean the whole entire house and it smells fresh and clean when I come home. And some are so bad it's like they didn't even interview them. It would be nice if there was more consistency of care. We end up with several caregivers during the week as opposed to just one. For the amount I'm paying, I would expect higher quality and for the management to better manage what's going on. But I'm grateful for the caregivers we've had who have been around for a while and are very friendly and helpful.
