I would definitely use them again.reviewed on: 08/12/2021 by anonymous
The people in the organization were very easy to deal with, very responsive, and very nice. I would definitely use them again. They were so much better than another agency we used first. For the caregivers that they send, I'm not sure what type of training they receive, and sometimes they're not very proactive and can need some supervision in the home. But overall they're very nice and very willing to accommodate the family's needs.

The staff really tries their best to take care of all the residence. The food is good and they try and make things that are good for our loved ones. I think the community is doing an excellent job taking care of our loved one. I would recommend this community to others
Tour of Cedarhurstreviewed on: 05/10/2021 by anonymous
We toured Cedarhurst and it was great but we did not get that homey comfortable feel that we got at other facilities. For instance, their activities room is in the basement and it just kind of felt like I was at a convention.

We chose Aegis at Shadowridge because they were the most helpful and willing to work with us in a bad situation, they really stepped up. I was not able to go in during covid so they were very good with communication and sending us updates. I would highly recommend them.

We are beyond thankful for the loving team at River Bluffs Memory Care. The entire team makes my mom feel loved and cared for. The staff is great with updates and ensures that my mom has what she needs. She even gets her hair and nails done.
