reviewed on: 12/12/2013 by SusieI have met a whole bunch of wonderful people here-- the staff, the crew and the residents. The housekeeping crew keep the place as clean as is possible. The kitchen staff really has a difficult task but they manage to get it done-- and people have choices of food.

The staff here are friendly and professional, and they seem to be very well organized. They're able to provide each resident with a great deal of one on one personal attention! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a lot to provide to the people who live here!

reviewed on: 12/23/2013 by AnonymousI couldn't have found a better place for my mother. She spent several years there before she passed away. She received the most wonderful care. At the end, my mother belonged in a nursing home because of the level of care she required, but they never even suggested that she move. Hospice came in at the end and assisted in my mother's care right there at Garden Estates. They were absolutely wonderful. I can't thank them enough for the wonderful care she received.

From our first visit, and throughout the move-in process, the staff was very professional. They provided our family with all the needed information which eased our minds about the type of care that our parents would be receiving. This is very important to our family since all of us do not live locally. During two recent health issues with our Dad, one of which was life-threatening, our family was alerted immediately by the caring, attentive & watchful eye of the entire staff. The peace of mind that we have received from the front desk, girls in the med room & the caregivers has been priceless. If we have any questions or concerns, the staff is always eager to help, without hesitation. Garden Estates has become an extended part of our family and we are so very grateful. While visiting & dining we have had the pleasure of meeting many of the residents...what a wonderful, caring and family-oriented group. We love it! If you want your loved ones in a safe, worry-free community and receive the attention they deserve…this is the place. We firmly believe our family made the right decision!!!
