Rooms are nice and facility is clean

My mom kept changing her mind on what she wanted to take and Audrey was nice enough to give us a tour three separate times. She was extremely patient with us. The rooms were really nice and overall it was a very clean facility. We did have a few maintenance issues while we were moving her things in and when we turned those in they were fixed. I would recommend this facility to other families.

The staff here are the most friendly folks I have ever met....From Sandy and Judy in the admin. offices to Christi at the front desk, they seem more like family and have always tried to make Mom feel at home...I saw Judy sitting out front the other day with a resident, just visiting and watching the birds...How many front office folks have you seen take that time with residents?... The Med staff is always helpful and the housekeeping and Chef are all great!...Great food!!!...facility is always clean and does not smell bad like some places I have visited...Overall this has been a good experience and has given me more peace of mind that Mom is well taken care of when I am not available...Paul Richardson

GE has numerous activities available for the different levels of residents that allow them to be involved as much or little as they prefer. I feel extremely comfortable with moms safety and care at GE.
A Place for Mom
reviewed on: 07/28/2013 by Carolyn J.I was most impressed with the connection to Garden Estates. It was recommended by "A Place for Mom" and by a personal friend. I met first with Judy. She showed me around and explained the services provided. She was most informative and personable. We set up an appointment to bring my mother. The visitation with my mother was "Just Lunch." She got to eat lunch and have a tour of the facility. After my mother decided that this was for her, we scheduled another appointment to work out particulars.
