Prompt Service, Confident and Friendly Staffreviewed on: 03/08/2021 by AC
Their follow-up is good. Replacing an aide is prompt if the aide is sick One or two of the aides were not as good as the others, maybe a little inexperienced, but we were able to switch them out right away.
Getting to know Aegis at Ravennareviewed on: 06/03/2021 by anonymous
We chose Aegis at Ravenna at the time because. Aegis has a reputation of memory care, and they do have that available, I do believe some residents in the assisted living part of the facility are waiting to get into the memory care side of the facility. If you do not need memory care, you may run into people who are waiting because they are not separate. Other than that we have had a positive experience here and I would recommend to others who are looking.
Worth a Tryreviewed on: 09/13/2021 by Catherine C
The owner was really good to work with. We ran into a lot of communication issues that have a lot to do with the staffing. It was fixed at the end of things and the person that they sent out was good.
Frustratedreviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymous
We've had a lot of first time people that weren't that good, and we had to ask for them to be removed for issues like laziness, having their ear pods in, meds not given on time. Some of them are absolutely amazing - they'll clean the whole entire house and it smells fresh and clean when I come home. And some are so bad it's like they didn't even interview them. It would be nice if there was more consistency of care. We end up with several caregivers during the week as opposed to just one. For the amount I'm paying, I would expect higher quality and for the management to better manage what's going on. But I'm grateful for the caregivers we've had who have been around for a while and are very friendly and helpful.
Would recommend, just be honest if it is not a good fitreviewed on: 08/30/2021 by anonymous
I would tell others to make sure that the caregivers are actually doing what they are supposed to do on their evaluation sheet that they turn into the supervisors. I would recommend to others looking.
