Community Reviews
So far so good. They could have a little more educated staff.
reviewed on: 04/14/2014 by Family MemberSo far so good. They could have a little more educated staff. This seemed to be the least of the evils, it was the best place I saw. The food is a lot better here than her last place. They listen to me, if I have a question or a concern they get right on it, and work with me. They are also honest, even when I don't want to hear it.
My experience with Elevate South Holland
reviewed on: 12/18/2020 by anonymousWe chose this community at the time because of the location as well as the value for the money. The room sizes here are very good, no complaints. There is a lot of turnover and shortage in staff with the CNAs and I found out depending on the requirements of your loved ones, it could be problematic. If your loved one is fairly independent, I would recommend. If they need additional care it is not ideal.
Good Community!
reviewed on: 09/22/2016 by AnonymousThe staff at Holland Home have been very helpful with the move. We are very satisfied with the level of care that they have provided. Our loved one is doing well and getting adjusted to the community. He has enjoyed the variety of options at meals. The community is nicely kept and well maintained throughout.

reviewed on: 07/09/2020 by AnonymousYou need to look at the difference between skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. Your loved one needs to be able to do some things on their own. The room sizes were good. The food was not good. They need to do better with cleanliness, mop the floors more, and update some of the furnishings that are getting very worn.
Our Respite Here
reviewed on: 06/28/2017 by AnonymousIn an emergency time we were able to go to this home for a one time respite. My husband said he it was fine while he was there. His meals and care were fine for him. It was clean with staff who were fine too. For that short time he was taken care of just fine.
