reviewed on: 07/27/2020 by AnonymousI feel your loved one would be safe here. The room size and layout of the community was very good. The food is just so so. There is outdoor space for residents to use. The staff that I met was very is friendy.
Care for loved ones

They have a list of nice active, This community needs to make it a positive community so that the residents have a more cheerful home environment. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

reviewed on: 11/02/2021 by anonymousIt is a very nice facility, it is like a big hotel. It looked clean and the residents and staff were friendly. We got to try a meal and it was really good. The only issue is because it is so big, the memory care was on the 4th floor and we wanted a facility that was all one floor.

reviewed on: 07/09/2020 by AnonymousYou need to look at the difference between skilled Nursing and Assisted Living. Your loved one needs to be able to do some things on their own. The room sizes were good. The food was not good. They need to do better with cleanliness, mop the floors more, and update some of the furnishings that are getting very worn.
They are watching out for her, we are very happy with where she is.

She's clean, and she's brighter than she was, because she is not alone anymore, she's more alive, she will talk to you and carry on a conversation now. She has put on weight, she is being well taken care of. There was no odor when we walked in. We talked to everyone we ran into, all the residents, and when we joined them in the dining room, everybody was dressed and fixed up, their hair was combed, and they were well taken care of. Elyssia was the most helpful caring person I've ever dealt with, she wanted to make sure we were happy with what was happening with her. They are watching out for her, we are very happy with where she is. Even on the memory care unit you didn't see people walking around moping and doing nothing. We got a warm fuzzy feeling from the community. The people were very helpful and very friendly, never once did they try to stop us from talking to the residents.
