A huge sigh of relief when we found Golden Orchard.reviewed on: 06/14/2021 by anonymous
The owner and the staff are amazing. They communicate. I feel like my loved one is in good hands. I don't worry about him anymore. Everything has been clean. They're in the middle of construction right now. They're pulling up the floors and putting down new flooring, painting, and really doing a lot. Whatever temporary disarray is well worth the improvements they're making. It's definitely a good thing - outdated things out, and new and fresh in.

I love living here because you're treated like family. Everyone is happy and we get served the best food. We celebrate all occasions and I couldn't be happier. I love my friends and my life here.

the entire staff was so caring. They kept me in the loop. In the two weeks, he had with Tender Touch, I feel he had excellent care from caring people.
It's Called Luxurious Living, and It Lives Up to Its Namereviewed on: 04/28/2021 by Recarder L
It's clean, and the staff are caring. You can tell that they truly care about their patients. They respect them. They respect the fact that my loved one is a vegetarian, and they aren't trying to sneak anything in to her meals. They give her nutritious food. They take care of her. She's not ignored, and she's treated like a human being. They've been very consistent so far. The social worker recommended this place because when she does her visits she sees the good care they're providing.
Okay place to livereviewed on: 03/04/2021 by anonymous
It's an okay place to live. Residents are fairly friendly, but the staff is very difficult to get along with. They talk down to you and treat you like you're not a human. On the plus side, they do offer a steak dinner once a week, which is good but nott denture friendly.
