reviewed on: 12/06/2017 by AnonymousMy loved one was here for respite care, and overall, I feel that the environment was good for him. The staff was very nice, and very helpful. The food, to me, seemed pretty good, and the community itself was very clean and well taken care of.

reviewed on: 07/06/2021 by anonymousWe have had an issue with bugs in my loved ones' rooms twice. The cleaning staff is not very dependable and the room can be very dirty. There has been inconsistency with billing and I am having issues getting this explained.

The biggest issue is that my loved one needs assistance and it is not always available in a timely manor. The staff are great, there is only one staff member that we have issues with and other than that things are good.
The Best Out of 3 Other Places

I like my food warm, I use to get cold meals from the other places. The service is good. My bedroom is good and my TV works.
