Nice tour

They answered all of our questions that we had and explained the care we would be receiving and what they offered. We chose another community that was smaller and had a more intimate feeling to it.

The staff I met was kind, and answered my questions. The experience went well overall. It was not the one for us, but my tour was a good one.

One issue we did have was they play favoritism with some of the residents which caused others to leave the community.

They had a band out there on the 4th of July and everyone really enjoyed it and got involved and stood up to sing with the gal who was there, and there was just something special about what that meant. I would just say in general that I really, really couldn't be happier on all levels. The whole place is awesome, from the housekeeper who is professional but kind-hearted (they even pick up your garbage, you don't have to go looking for a chute) and there's a lot of detail to the design of the rooms, they're very nice and well-thought-out. It's a beautiful environment, the dining room is beautiful, from the bistro, to the outdoor porch area. It's been a God-send.

It has exceeded my expectations. The professionalism of the staff has made me feel confident that my mom is in the best hands for her care. The kindness, caring attitudes of the staff gives me peace of mind that I have made the best choice for my Mom. She feels at home. It is an elegant well kept community. Every management team member has made it a smooth transition for my mom and the family. We are blessed to have found this outstanding home for Mom. Oh everything is available from manis and pedis to hair salon, amazing activities, movie theatre, outdoor luncheons and shopping days and so much more. Everything is up and running there is no boredom at Oakmonte Village.
