Community Reviews
No elevator, narrow steps
reviewed on: 03/05/2014 by SylviaWThis community was the worst one of the three I visited, but it was also the closest to my mom. They do not have an elevator in the building. Even I had a hard time going up the narrow steps. It seemed dangerous for residents to have to go up and down those stairs. The community was dark and there was an odor. The residents did not look well taken care of, and the community did not look kept up. They didn’t seem to have a lot of plans and didn’t offer many opportunities for the residents to get out. The staff was really nice though.
