A wonderful place with great staff!
reviewed on: 05/03/2018 by AnonymousMy father lived at the Villa for 4 years. The staff, especially Linda and Ernestine were amazing. They truly put their heart into everything they do. My father got excellent care and he felt like family. I am so grateful that we found the Villa.

reviewed on: 08/13/2013 by JulieWe toured many assisted living facilities in the area for my aging and ailing father. Palos Verdes Villa stood out as the best in their price range with the amenities they offered. The facility suited his needs perfectly. We were looking for a private room with a balcony and PV Villa was more than accommodating in remodeling his bathroom to address his mobility issues. We placed a mini fridge and microwave in the room and he was set. We were able to extinguish the safety problems but still provide him with the comforts of home. My father has lived at PV Villa for over 2 years. I can attest that the most important reason he remains there is the caring staff. Disregard the room or the view or the amenities; the staff are the ones who create the environment. The staff at PV Villa are attentive, incredibly patient, and communicative on what is going on with my father. They’ve made a wonderful family-type environment for him and peace of mind for us.
Happ;iness is found knowing others care

From the first day was greeted by Linda the administrator, answering my many questions in such a professional manner. Each time I visited watched the staff tend to other resident's always a smile and adding how may I help you. Letting family or fried venture into the next step in their life can for sure bring happiness not only to them, but also you by Palos Verdes Villa

Home, Home
reviewed on: 09/10/2019 by Josie EllisFrom the very first day I researched an Assisted Living place for my father-in-law, Palos Verdes Villa was my first choice. I was welcomed by their Administrator, Linda Cardenas and given a tour. I saw their calendar and bulletin board showing the many opportunities for the residents to keep active. The reasons we selected them were few, friendly taff, location and cost, but the reasons we are for ever grateful are many. Among the very top was the care and concern they have for each resident, individually and as a group of seniors as a whole. He came to live there after being in a convalescent hospital and fell in love with his room and his freedom! He felt that they treated him like a King. As his main Caregiver, I felt very comfortable calling or visiting them and discussing any concerns I had. I also was more at ease because I knew that if there was an issue, they would immediately call me, especially when his health began to decline. They were also a source of emotional support. At times, the staff was well ahead of me in assisting him with his needs as the arose. He needed additional table space for his puzzles, they took care of it. Needed to elevate his feet, recliner was brought in. Cold, heater appeared. Hot, let's close the air vent. Didn't like a pillow or blanket, worked with him down to the smallest complaint regarding his comfort or health. From the little things to the more crucial health issues, they cared, they care! He was a very particilar, opionanated and demanding person, but then at 99, I think most of us will be. He sadly passed away before his 100th birthday, but he was at peace and going from his current home to his final Home.
