reviewed on: 12/19/2017 by AnonymousI went on a tour here and it was wonderful. The staff was nice and answered all of my questions. It was nice and clean in here and I would recommend other families to tour. My parents are moving in soon.
Comfort For Mom!!
reviewed on: 11/02/2016 by AnonymousMy mother is still getting accustom to the move. The community is kept very clean. The meals portioned good, my mother is on a gluten free diet and the chef makes her meals according to her diet. The manager of this facility is very kind and always gets stuff done. One thing my mother doesn't like about this place is the "paper thin walls". There is little to no privacy when you can hear everything the residents are doing next door from watching TV to getting in and out of bed.
Feels like home
reviewed on: 08/25/2019 by AnonymousMountain Terrace feels like home. My grandma lives here, and the facility is adorable with a warm atmosphere. My grandma loves all of the activities and is having so much fun trying new things... if she feels like it! She has wonderful relationships with the staff, and I feel confident her needs are being met. I love visiting her all the time and am always so impressed with how nice and helpful the staff is. I'm so happy that we found this place!
Working Out Well

There's actually not like a family meeting room if you want to have like a birthday party or holiday get together there is not really a room for that. It would be nice if they had that. We chose them because we heard good things about them. Some of my in-law's neighbors moved in there and like it. I was impressed with how everything looked. It was very homey and they had decorations for the holidays. The staff was very nice. My in-law's are doing well there.
Caring staff

I'm actual taking time to write this because they even offered me coffee while I waited a few minutes for my tour. The building is not new and you can tell people really LIVE in the spaces and they're not just for show. it was clean and the staff were caring and that is all that matters to me. We're just starting our search and a move may be in the far off future but it's nice to know that good places still exist.
