Caring and conscientious
reviewed on: 07/23/2020 by AnonymousMountain Terrace was outstanding. My mom was only there for two months. The staff was wonderful. The staff knew our name and returned phone calls. They were great. They could have done a better job with the low sodium diet. The room sizes and layout of the community were excellent. The A Place For Mom advisor was wonderful and so helpful, especially with me being out of state.

reviewed on: 12/22/2017 by AnonymousWonderful! The building is fine, clean with lots of activities. The CARE is the best that I've seen! Employees are happy and actually enjoy their jobs. I've seen the cooks and the care staff happily dancing in the dining room. A positive place for mom and dad.
Caring staff
reviewed on: 11/13/2018 by Barbara PI toured this community and the staff were very warm friendly. I'm actual taking time to write this because they even offered me coffee while I waited a few minutes for my tour. The building is not new and you can tell people really LIVE in the spaces and they're not just for show. it was clean and the staff were caring and that is all that matters to me. We're just starting our search and a move may be in the far off future but it's nice to know that good places still exist.

Things could have gone better!!
reviewed on: 08/24/2017 by AnonymousMy husband was recently at this community for a short respite stay and I have to say I was not that pleased with how things had went. He was left in his room for the majority of the time with no interaction. I wish the staff would have encouraged him to get involved in some of the activities or enjoy the dinning room experience.
