Amazing Staff!!
reviewed on: 08/23/2017 by AnonymousMy mother has recently made the move into this community and so far things are going well for her. The staff have been wonderful to work with and have such kind hearts. They know everyone by name and talks to them just like they are family. It is a smaller place and more intimate for all of the residents. They have a great menu as well as activity program that my mom in enjoying. Overall it has worked out great and we are pleased.
Mission Creek is a very good choice. Full features - Memory Care and Assisted Living. Both are good values.
reviewed on: 11/15/2021 by EdwardTo other families, I would say be prepared for a Covid outbreak. We've had two Covid emergencies in the last month. I don't think there's a great deal of danger, but they go into lockdown for 7 days for each incident. I wish everybody there was vaccinated, but not all are at this time. I know that they have a lot of good safety features that they require: wearing masks, calling in before you visit, and so on. I like the staff there. They're very accommodating. There was a time when we couldn't get ahold of people, and it's clear that they're understaffed. But we've had some very good meetings with them since then, and they're doing the best job possible under the current circumstance. I'm very happy with the level of activities that they offer. We're able to check Mom out to take her out to lunch and things. When I speak with the other residents, I've never heard anyone say anything negative, only positives. The food is a little bland, but I understand why. I've gotten to know the person in charge of healthcare and the person in charge of the whole operation. I think they are good people and very caring. Most of the staff are very caring and like my Mom. For us, it has worked out well. I did some cost comparisons, and they were a little more expensive, but not remarkably so. And I think it's a good value.
A nice place for others.
reviewed on: 08/29/2016 by AnonymousThis is a nice community that has a great staff. I think that the aids are always willing to help and are very friendly. The rooms are nice, but could use a little more cleaning. There are activities that are offered if someone is wanting to participate. I would recommend this for other families.
