  St. Monica’s offers over 58 specific, planned activities, ranging from daily, to weekly, monthly and seasonally. Our 7 main categories are: Offsite, Arts/Crafts, Music/Film, Exercise, Games, Spiritual and Other. Offsite – Dining out offers Racine cuisine at its best. There is great theater and concerts in the area as well as comfortable movie theatres. SE WI is a wonderful place for sightseeing. Did you know much of Frank Lloyd Wright’s work was done here? Arts/Crafts – We are well known for our painting class and you can try your “hand” at Play Acting! We know how creative our residents are. Music/Film – Seems like there is someone playing for us weekly, not to mention the Concerts we attend, our sing a longs and the piano. We have great film offerings, from special showings to Netflix. Exercise – We keep on moving….TaiChai, Bowling, Straighten Up, Walking, Basketball, Gardening and dancing. Yes, we have some great dancers! Games – It’s Wisconsin, so we offer Sheepshead…as well as better known games like Wheel of Fortune, Bingo, cards and darts. Spiritual- Regardless of your faith affiliation, there are faith activities for you from daily services to study groups. Outside and Other – Let’s start with the daily coffee hour, the wonderful onsite library, current events, bird watching and even baking. Our acreage is recognized as a special place in Racine County on the banks of the Root River Corridor. New activities are always coming up. Our activities director and her staff are a significant part of why our residents always talk about how much like home St. Monica’s is and how everyone here knows you. Join us as we enjoy living!
