I really like how they are hands on in making sure that the benchmarks are sent for his mental and physical capacity. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I rate the cleanliness 5 stars. reviewed on: 07/28/2015 by AnonymousThey have been really good. They have more one on one care, because it's a smaller facility. They work well with hospice. They do a good job keeping it clean. The staff is very knowledgeable. They are great with communication. They are very compassionate, they care about my dad there. They go the extra mile at Lynwood. He is always shaved and looks nice. I can't say enough good things about them. I would, and do recommend them to others.

did the best they could
reviewed on: 08/12/2013 by Deborahthe biggest deal was he wasnt doing that well and they tried restricting visits because of his alzheimers they figured they could get him settled down and basically it wasnt working out. he was pretty far done, going the wrong way when we put him there but otherwise i think he got good care, they do a good job. the visit thing was hard, and its really hard to know, second guessing you can do alot. the did the best they thought they could do with trying to get him to where he was, feeling comfortable, its really hard to know that your loved one wont be there for long but they did what they thought was best

The caregivers themselves are fantastic, they give each resident a lot of individual attention, and the staff really learn what works best for each resident. The food seems to be very good, and that goes a long way towards helping my loved one maintain her weight. Overall we've been very pleased!
