reviewed on: 02/07/2015 by Judy MartinThe staff at Harmony is very caring to all of the patients. Mom is very happy there and we hope that she will be able to remain there. They all go out of their way to make her feel comfortable and it is a very "homey" atmosphere.
Finally a safe and good place for care

They have done a wonderful job taking the necessary safety precautions to keep the residents safe during COVID. The staff have been creative in coming up with solutions on how to best care for my brother's unique needs and transfers. They keep him safe. Generally, the staff are nice and caring people.

The staff where on time to our appointment and made sure to answer any questions we had for them in detail. The thing I was impressed with was the wide variety of activities as well as great menu plan they had. It was just not the right location for her in the end decision.

reviewed on: 11/23/2015 by GraceWe really have enjoyed this place since I have placed my boyfriend in Harmony. He has adjusted well and got back involved with people. I feel comfortable knowing that he is safe and not wondering around. The mangement is great and so is the other staff.

reviewed on: 10/22/2020 by AnonymousWe chose Madison Pointe Senior Living because of the availability of this facility at the time. i did get to move her stuff in before the lock down and the room size was adequate for what her needs were. The staff here were really friendly, especially the director. I would recommend this facility.
