Nice place, overall!
reviewed on: 11/19/2014 by AnonymousThis is just a very nice place overall, I'd give them top marks across the board! The staff are all wonderful! They're very friendly and they seem to take great care of the people that live here! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and they have a good variety of activities to keep the residents engaged and entertained.
A caring facility that feels like home.
reviewed on: 08/09/2017 by Sandra TurrickWe moved my mother in on May 10th and could not be happier with Emerald Bay. They have by far exceeded our expectations regarding health care, personal attention and genuine concern for my mother's well being. Tabatha and her staff are wonderful to work with- experienced, professionals who care for their residents.

Would absolutely recommend
reviewed on: 05/11/2021 by anonymousOur loved ones so far have not complained about the food and from what we have seen of it, it looks delicious. When we are able to visit we do see some people utilizing the different activities, but with the pandemic the activities are still pretty restricted. We do think the value for cost is great, and the most important thing about this community is the care they show the residents. The care is absolutely a five star.
Tour of Emerald Bay
reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by anonymousEmerald Bay was really nice and it was a good tour. They wanted to put mom into the memory care side of the facility right off the bat and we did not agree with them.
