Community Reviews
Everything they say they'll do, they do
reviewed on: 09/06/2013 by MuhammedYou may think I work there but it's really that good. He's been there since early June and even he said it's better than when he was living with me for the last 3 years. The people are nice, the community is nice, he's made it a home now. He really likes it in the sense there are different people there to assist him, he goes to the zoo, he goes shopping, he feels independent so he likes it. I looked around and I was really against the idea of "sending him away" but this is probably one of the best facilties, it looks better than a hotel. They really answered a prayer because they keep me in the loop and it's so close. What really drew me to this was the hallways were wide, it didn't feel like a nursing home, everything's big, there's a lot of natural light, the cielings are about 9 ft tall. I loved the facility and that's what drew me to it, now, being around for awhile I like the people. They are so caring, they're so overly cautious because they really care about my dad and that's what you really want. I love how they make him eat with the community and go through the process of managing his meds. I could see myself being there!
Wonderful place for our parents!
reviewed on: 12/09/2020 by Debra ArnoldEmerald Bay offers a lot of activities for the residents to do, and we like that our parents feel safe at this community. If anything happens to them, the community calls us immediately to update us. The rooms are very good, and our parents really like the food.
A caring facility that feels like home.
reviewed on: 08/09/2017 by Sandra TurrickWe moved my mother in on May 10th and could not be happier with Emerald Bay. They have by far exceeded our expectations regarding health care, personal attention and genuine concern for my mother's well being. Tabatha and her staff are wonderful to work with- experienced, professionals who care for their residents.
Tour of Emerald Bay
reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by anonymousEmerald Bay was really nice and it was a good tour. They wanted to put mom into the memory care side of the facility right off the bat and we did not agree with them.
A Joyful Tour
