Community Reviews
The Hampton is a great place
reviewed on: 09/11/2017 by G. EverettThe hardest thing we ever had to do was putting our loved one in memory care. From our first drop in visit to the actual move in, we were met with understanding and professionalism. They were so helpful and willing to work with us. My Dad tells me he loves it at the Hampton. He enjoys the live music and several of the activities they offer. He also tells me the food is delicious. I have been impressed by the number of caregivers they have. Dad has been there since January and he still has the same caregivers.
The Service We All Dream Of
reviewed on: 05/21/2021 by GeraldI wish I would have moved my loved one here earlier. I have had a friend asked for a recommendation. I would recommend this community again. They have nurses and they are medical trained. I feel confident that my loved one is and will continue to be well taken care of. They cover all levels of care. I like this since my loved one knows the staff and will continue to know the staff here.
Appreciate for excellent care.
reviewed on: 09/19/2017 by TiltRather than a specific experience, I am writing to rave about the staff at this facility. I visit a number of times a week and I find interaction between caretaker, nurse and patient to be consistently kind, patient, gentle and caring. When I walk out the door, I know my husband will be cared for and treated well. I am grateful. In particular, I would like to rave about Tammy, Keeley, Sherry, Linda and Mona not only for doing their job but going far beyond what they "have" to do. When Tammy is at work, the entire atmosphere of the floor is happier. I know that both Tammy and Keeley care for each and every resident as if they were their own family. The Director of Nursing, Amber, is always available to listen and offer advice. She is an outstanding example of how to treat others the way you would like to be treated. I'm grateful!
Staff is competent and communicative
reviewed on: 01/12/2018 by AnonymousEverything here is going as well as it can be. The staff here has very competent young ladies and they are very communicative. I talked with several of them and I feel comfortable leaving my love one under their care. If something were to happen they do well in calling me to inform me. It is a larger facility with about 70 residents and they do have a structured system. They have activities going on all the time.
Great caring place
reviewed on: 07/15/2021 by David SmithsonI toured this facility with my parents while looking for potential memory care/assisted living facilities. We showed up with relatively little advance notice and toured the memory care wing of their facility. I was extremely impressed with both the facility and the staff. There's a large garden which can be accessed by residents and the layout lends itself to getting back to your own room if you tend to wander some. The staff were also impressive - even the marketing director knew each of the patients by name and enough of their backstories to interact/redirect them. We were accompanied for a short time by a very sweet resident who just wanted to tag along. We saw residents were clean and well cared for and the staff clearly cares here. While my parents aren't quite ready for memory care yet I'll be keeping this place in mind down the road if it becomes necessary.
