A great place for Mom
reviewed on: 12/31/2016 by Sue DoucetteThe assisted living portion (Ashley Inn) was a perfect fit for my mother when it became clear that she could no longer live alone or drive. It gave her a lovely place to read her novels and receive friends and family. Being a very private and independent person, I wasn't sure how she would do in an assisted living environment, but thanks to the warm and caring staff ( who only "assisted as needed"), she absolutely thrived! Her Alzheimer's has now progressed to the point that for her safety and increasing care needs, she needed to move downstairs to the Hampton Memory Care Facility. Through all of this I have been so impressed with the staff and administration! They were amazingly patient, reassuring and responsive as she went through a phase of confusion, agitation and delusions. Thankfully this was relatively short-lived. I have never regretted the decision to entrust my mother's care and well-being to the Ashley/Hampton Community and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others seeking high quality care for their loved one.

The Service We All Dream Of
reviewed on: 05/21/2021 by GeraldI wish I would have moved my loved one here earlier. I have had a friend asked for a recommendation. I would recommend this community again. They have nurses and they are medical trained. I feel confident that my loved one is and will continue to be well taken care of. They cover all levels of care. I like this since my loved one knows the staff and will continue to know the staff here.

great facility
reviewed on: 01/04/2016 by AnonymousI looked at a lot of places. I knew I wanted a small facility and wanted my mom to be able to be able to keep cats. They maintain the property very well. My mom requires a lot of attention than what they are used to. She is needing getting to the restroom and moving around. This facility is assisted living. They have 1 nurse and 1 caregiver on the floor. My mom requires a bit of attention.
