Community Reviews
stay on top of staff and family communication
reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by AnonymousThe community controls so much that it's hard to get things fixed or get changes done for our loved ones. The communication between the staff and family is average. I would recommend this community to others
They do a good job
reviewed on: 04/04/2015 by AnonymousWe are currently residents at Regency on Whidbey. It is pricey, but I think it is worth it. I do kind of wish there were more activities. The activities that they have are good, but I think my husband would benefit from more. They do a good job though inviting my husband to participate in the activities, and I really like that. They are very courteous, addressing him by name. They make sure he gets all the meals that he needs.
Good staff, taking good care of mom
reviewed on: 10/24/2013 by DaughterWhat I have so far is they've taken good care of mom. I'm not real sure on activities because mom likes to withdraw, they're bringing her out a little bit but as far as activites I can't say. She's unhappy, but that's just mom, she has said that they're taking good care of her. I think overall, they're pretty good. We chose them for multiple reasons: 1. Proximity to our family. 2. Their ability to work with us, they're just very accomodating as far as being able to get mom in promptly and getting her to where she's taken care of. It's not just a 9 to 5 job to them, it's a calling.
A good place to retire to.
reviewed on: 08/16/2021 by anonymousI've been very pleased. I have a nice 1100 square foot cottage apartment. The food is excellent, and I've gained some pounds I have to say! For each meal, they have about 4-5 things on the plate, at about 1/2 cup serving each, so you get a big variety without an overly huge amount of food, which is good. , The people who wait on us are very efficient and friendly. All of the people here are very nice. They're always cleaning, and I'm very happy with how well they clean my apartment for me. When I ask the staff for something, they respond very quickly. When I look at what my house used to cost me and add in utilities, I think I'm getting a good deal here.
really good experience
reviewed on: 12/30/2014 by AnonymousI love that mom always has something to do. They do a good job keeping her very active. She can come and go as she pleases - not like she is sequestered there. She loves the food, and is really just having a really good overall experience.
