reviewed on: 11/07/2019 by Dee LoyndI had my mom stay a Spring Creek for a month and a half for respite care. The minute she walked into the facility she was hooked. She loved the cleanliness and size of the building. They had an exercise room as well as a big game room. Everyday we would exercise, play pool, shuffle board and bean bag baseball. Everyone was so very nice to her and she really loved that.

The staff where very attentive to his needs and made sure to accommodate his needs to the best of there ability. He had no complaints about the meals they served and enjoyed the activities they had throughout the day. I would defiantly recommend it to anyone.

reviewed on: 11/11/2020 by AnonymousGiven the COVID restrictions they are doing the best they can with the activities. What stood out to us most was the friendliness of the staff members. On the independent side the rooms are functional and better than adequate.

After agonizing over this difficult decision, we are pleased to see that for the most part she has settled well. It is not easy taking mom out of the home she lived in for many years. The staff have been very helpful in making her feel welcomed and comfortable. She loves the food and says "everyone is really nice". Overall we are quite pleased with the transition Having helpful, friendly staff has really helped her and us. They have been quick to answer our questions and take care of any issues which helps put our mind at ease.
