reviewed on: 03/09/2019 by AnonymousI find the staff to be unfriendly, few smiles, most don't acknowledge you when you come to visit a resident, even though you are there on a daily basis. When I've asked for assistance with my friend, on the most part I've been given an attitude like it was so much trouble, even though all I was asking was for bathroom assistance. My friend has gone for hours without being asked if he needs assistance or checked to see if he was wet. I would not recommend the facility.
