Community Reviews
Amazing COVID safety
reviewed on: 10/26/2020 by AnonymousI am very impressed with the way The Towers has handled Covid. They are close to moving into phase 3 where families will actually get to come into the building and see their loved ones in their rooms again. They had such a limited amount of cases and always were very transparent about when they did. Their proactivity and the measures they have taken to keep residents safe are the reason we are getting to go back and visit so soon when some communities are still in complete lockdown. I feel lucky to have chosen a place for my parents that cares so much about their well-being and socialization.
Amazing Activities
reviewed on: 07/27/2021 by Herb MI like all of the activities provided and I like how many are offered everyday. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. It really feels like home.
So far so good
reviewed on: 09/25/2020 by Ron RaetzA little tricky since we can't get inside do to covid. My Mom likes it better than the facility in Rochester NY that she moved from which was a similar class and price. She likes the people better. My siblings that live in Rochester are impressed with the better service that she gets here. People here seem to care more. I find the people friendly and anxious to help. My complaints: 1) They arn't great at communicating. It's really hard to get a handle on the changing covid restrictions. Restrictions change and we get no or confusing updates. Hard to know who to talk to about what and hard to get in touch with them. 2) Food. Mom's not impressed. But she wasn't impressed in Rochester either. Mom was a great cook and misses her quality. So it's probably about par but no better.
Great Building
reviewed on: 11/12/2021 by MatthewI've recently toured this community and I was blown away by just how friendly everyone was and how clean the building looked. I got to see some of the nursing staff interacting with the residents and it seems like they truly go above and beyond for the residents here. They have activity calendars posted in their elevators and they are full of a bunch of cool things that I would love to go to too! Overall I was very impressed with this building.
Really great!
