very good program
reviewed on: 05/21/2015 by AnonymousThe staff was very receptive and approachable. I have never had any problems when trying to communicate or making any requests. One thing where I do feel they could improve is this: Since I am using their doctor, I would like a little more access to talk to their physician. I would like to talk to him personally to ask some questions and get his take on some things regarding my mother. Other than that everything with Ivy Ridge has been a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them. Overall it is a very good program.
Friendly and Helpful

Excellent so far
reviewed on: 02/27/2014 by MichaelMy father has only been there for two days. Transitioning to the facility was smooth and non-stressful for him. The staff is very nice and so are the other residents. I like the new leadership. They seem to be doing an excellent job working at making sure things are done right in regards to care for those who live there. So far I am very pleased.
Ivy Ridge had some great fe...
reviewed on: 05/15/2014 by AnonymousIvy Ridge had some great features. The rooms were very nice, things were clean & bright. The enclosed outside area with a pond & ducks was nice. I appreciated the connection with Vista Park ~ Jeff was very comfortable showing me around and Brandie was pleasant and open for questions. If and when my mom has memory loss issues, I know they will be on top of it with Vista Park next door. The vibe was more 'family like' and 'open door'. For the money, this would be my first choice.
some staff are exceptional and some are not
reviewed on: 09/22/2015 by AnonymousAt Ivy Ridge some staff are exceptional and some are not. Most of the staff are exceptional. They have a singer come in and other activities. I would just like to see a few more activities. Their food needs to be more healthy. It's sandwiches, or hamburgers, and tater tots. When the staff first initially talked to us on the phone it seemed like they were more accommodating but once you get in they aren't as accommodating. Mom couldn't go to the bathroom on her own and the nurses only come in at specific times. They don't seem to tailor to her needs. Some of the nurses really goes above and beyond.
