Community Reviews
Would highly recommend them
reviewed on: 01/29/2021 by Norma DWe are not able to go inside the community, but our loved one says the cleanliness of the place is fine. She loves the meals and especially enjoys pot roast day. We think the value for cost is excellent. The care that the staff provides the patients and their families is like nothing we have ever seen.
Very nice
reviewed on: 05/14/2014 by AnonymousI thought they were lovely, the place is very nice everyone is very friendly. They all met us at the door. There is an outside area for residents and families to use. Overall, it’s a lovely and clean community that I’m glad we found.
Fox Trail Senior Living Review
reviewed on: 07/10/2019 by Donna CoxSo far we are very pleased with Fox Trail Senior Living Memory Care. The employees are very friendly and seem to care about the quality of care they provide to the residents. The facility is clean and doesn’t have a Nursing home odor. They offer activities to the residents that are able to participate.
Great Facility for Our Parents
reviewed on: 03/01/2019 by DL-Mom and Dad received a lot of love from the staff. They treated our parents as family and welcomed all of us when we went to visit (5 kids, grand kids and their families, and other relatives). Parents went into Fox Trail at Thanksgiving. Mom ended up in the hospital with a heart condition and passed away. Dad ended up in the hospital a month later with a medical issue. These last few days as dad went from the hospital back to Fox Trail on hospice as his life was winding down, the staff took excellent care of him. They tended him as one of their own, kept him comfortable, fed him ice cream (he couldn't eat) and took care of his needs. They cried with us, prayed with us, and hugged us too. The small size of Fox Trail was a bonus for our parents. Dad had dementia, but Mom didn't, and they would take him for a walk in the hall at night and do activities with him if he kept Mom up, so she could sleep. All of our family was very pleased with the service our parents received while at Fox Trail. I worked in senior care for 20+ years and was very impressed with the facility and staff.
Caring and friendly facility
reviewed on: 10/16/2015 by AnonymousMy father was a resident in the Orange facility for 1 month and then was able to be moved to Amerisist of Culpeper which is much closer to family. The staff at Orange were very friendly and supportive of my father's needs. Tanika the resident manager frequently checked in with my father to make sure the asssisstance he needed was providied and also check on is physical and mental health were staying on track. She noted the same things I did regarding days when he was slightly confused and just not him self. The facility did not hesitate to call me with concerns or questions. I felt comfortable with my father being there.
