More than satisfied so far
reviewed on: 03/05/2020 by AnonymousThe facility is very well maintained based on what I've seen of the public areas, restrooms, parking lot, elevators, sample units and some office areas. The variety of apartment floor plans are appealing but, of course, cost more if you want more space. I especially like the polite and friendly staff, attentiveness to medication protocols, the stately decor and even the fact that they use actual fresh table cloths at every sitting and a rather surprising list of menu items that are custom prepared to your liking. They are taking precautions against the COVID threat by curtailing trips to busy public spaces. So, far this place has my vote.

reviewed on: 07/25/2018 by AnonymousThings are going down hill, corners being cut, short staffing and poor food choices. The phone system has been down for months. Not all residents can use cell phones due to health reasons and family members haven't been able to speak to each other for weeks at a time over too many months. Recent experiences are unacceptable.

There should be more outdoor activities. Other than that, The staff is very friendly. He does enjoy the meals. The value is pretty good. My overall rating of this property is 3 1/2 stars. I rate the cleanliness 3 1/2 stars. I rate the friendliness 5 stars. I rate the value 4 stars. I rate the care services 3 1/2 stars. I rate the activities 3 stars.
A Nice Place to be Part Of
reviewed on: 05/21/2015 by AnonymousThis facility is well maintained. The hallways and common areas are kept clean and have ample walker and wheelchair accessibility. The resident room is also kept clean. The staff is very friendly and always available to help or answer questions. Care services are good but there is a 2 hr time frame between rounds so residents could have situations that may not be addressed quickly. There is however emergency cords in the bathrooms and a signal system on the bedside phone. These two systems do not seem to work well for memory impaired residents. The number of activities is a variety of games, art, music and visiting individuals and groups to entertain the residents. There is nice outdoor space that can be used as a group or just for outdoor sitting or strolling. Visitors are always welcomed and the atmosphere is quite pleasant.
