TOTAL REVIEW
reviewed on: 08/21/2018 by Marni Steelewe have been here for 3 months. The staff, the owners and the director, all have been outstanding! The food is not typical nursing/assisted living food. Its all food that you would cook yourself! My husband and I, were their first married couple, that room together. My husband has said "I'm so happy, i could die here" I feel the same way. They are very. Friendly, and all are approachable. Stephen and Marni Steele
Grandma wonderful time at HEART AND HOME :)
reviewed on: 03/21/2016 by Shelby RobinsonMy grandma spent time in Heart and Home Assisted Living in Centerville, UT. The experience she had was wonderful! The staff is amazing in so many ways, they are there for the residents. They all are willing to get to know each resident and the different things that they enjoy and will be a part of whatever the residents would like to do. The owners are awesome they care about all their residents and employees. They love what they do and it shows. The owners also would spend time and be a part of things that the residents are interested in. If they don't know how to do or play something that a resident likes, they will try and figure out the game or whatever it is, to be able to spend time with the residents doing what the resident enjoys. The food is very well planned out and prepared. They allow small animals, that was a big plus for us and my grandmother. Heart and Home is a amazing place if you looking for assisted living! :)
More of an independent living!!
reviewed on: 07/17/2017 by AnonymousI had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with experience. I thought they had more of an independent living then they did an assisted living. My dad ended up not qualifying because he could not get around very good on his own. The staff was very friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions though.
Very small facility
reviewed on: 12/06/2017 by AnonymousThis facility is very small compared to other places I toured. I got a sense that they didn’t have a good-sized staff because of this. I feel like it was hard for them to meet the needs of all the residents. Also, because of their size, they didn’t offer very many activities. When you walk in, it has a very homey atmosphere and it’s not like other facilities. Everything was out in the open and it was nice. The reason I didn’t pick this community is that they didn’t have an available opening and I was also looking for something bigger for my Mother-In-Law. I would recommend this facility to families who are looking for a smaller community.
