I fell in Love with this Home , it was just exactly what I was looking for to Place My Mom, its Very Clean and Smells wonderful when you walk in the Door and the Staff is wonderful and Friendly . The SN Admin (Kym ) was amazing and answered all my questions and help me make the decision about what I needed to do . I knew this was the place I wanted to have my Mom to Live, the environment is Small and more personable not like a huge facility where you are over looked . The staff is more 1 on 1 care . The Price was in My Price Range Kym worked with me financially and helped me get on the New Choice Waiver . I feel they went above and beyond what they needed to, to make my mom feel welcomed. If you want a more Home Like Feel for your loved one this is the Place , I am Recommending this to everyone I know. The Meals are Home Cooked and they do special Requests which I really like , My mom can be picky at times with what she wants to eat and they make sure she gets what she wants. I love that they have activities for the Residents (Val) is very creative and outgoing and just loves what she does and it shows on the faces of the residents . My Mom just loves all of them.

Grandma wonderful time at HEART AND HOME :)

reviewed on: 03/21/2016 by Shelby Robinson

My grandma spent time in Heart and Home Assisted Living in Centerville, UT. The experience she had was wonderful! The staff is amazing in so many ways, they are there for the residents. They all are willing to get to know each resident and the different things that they enjoy and will be a part of whatever the residents would like to do. The owners are awesome they care about all their residents and employees. They love what they do and it shows. The owners also would spend time and be a part of things that the residents are interested in. If they don't know how to do or play something that a resident likes, they will try and figure out the game or whatever it is, to be able to spend time with the residents doing what the resident enjoys. The food is very well planned out and prepared. They allow small animals, that was a big plus for us and my grandmother. Heart and Home is a amazing place if you looking for assisted living! :)

More of an independent living!!

reviewed on: 07/17/2017 by Anonymous

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I was pleased with experience. I thought they had more of an independent living then they did an assisted living. My dad ended up not qualifying because he could not get around very good on his own. The staff was very friendly and made sure to answer all of our questions though.

Very Nice smaller facility

Very small facility

reviewed on: 12/06/2017 by Anonymous

This facility is very small compared to other places I toured. I got a sense that they didn’t have a good-sized staff because of this. I feel like it was hard for them to meet the needs of all the residents. Also, because of their size, they didn’t offer very many activities. When you walk in, it has a very homey atmosphere and it’s not like other facilities. Everything was out in the open and it was nice. The reason I didn’t pick this community is that they didn’t have an available opening and I was also looking for something bigger for my Mother-In-Law. I would recommend this facility to families who are looking for a smaller community.
