Community Reviews
I would recommend
reviewed on: 11/06/2020 by Margo EThis review is considering COVID. We chose Heritage Place because of the affordability and it just seemed to be comfortable with the looks and surroundings. They have different sizes of rooms based on what you need and we chose the studio and we are very happy with it. The best part about the community has been that they are meeting the needs since COVID. I would recommend it.
We think they are doing an excellent job so far.
reviewed on: 11/10/2014 by AnonymousWe think they are doing an excellent job so far. It's kept clean, and the staff is good. We are pleased with them, we don't have any complaints.
Memory care would be 2, Assisted would be a 3-4.
reviewed on: 04/22/2015 by AnonymousIf you were just here for elderly assistance, and you don't need memory care, it would be a three or maybe even a four, if you need memory care, I would say it's a two. We were not very satisfied. In my opinion they need more aides to the amount of residents. In the area my mom was in, it was like 1 staff to 13 residents. I also think they could use more training with memory care. They are really good with the elderly part, but not so much with the memory care. The staff was friendly, and they keep the place really clean.
offer meal choices
reviewed on: 12/12/2015 by AnonymousThey staff seems to know the residents personally. At dinner time they offer meal choices to the residents which I think is good.
Warm and welcoming facility
reviewed on: 12/06/2017 by AnonymousThis facility when you first walk in is very warm and welcoming. The staff treats my Mother-In-Law very well. They are aware of her needs and they do what they can for her. The facility offers a lot of good activities like exercise classes, church functions, games, bus rides, and they take her to the store once a week. The staff is good at keeping her involved and active. I would recommend this community to other families.
