Community Reviews
Friendly staff and good care
reviewed on: 04/09/2014 by Loved oneI haven't had a chance to visit much myself due to living out of state, but based on what I've heard from my loved ones things seem to be going well. They looked at a few options in the area and while they weren't as impressed with the decor here as other places they've seen the staff have been friendly and the care they provide is good.
The staff is friendly but there was a refund issue
reviewed on: 09/06/2015 by AnonymousThe staff itself was friendly. It was a business that I would not recommend. I asked them what if she didn't stay the whole 14 days and someone said they would refund me. However, when she didn't stay the 14 days, they did not refund me. They told me that answer I was given originally was not correct. They finally agreed to refund some money to me since she was only in there 5 days out of the 14 days.
Food Is Very Poor Quality
reviewed on: 05/23/2016 by AnonymousEverything is going well for my father here, our only concern as been with the food. The food is horrible quality, and it seems they are just being careless with food. The community is well-kept for the most part, but they are not cleaning his room very often. The staff is very nice, they are trying their best to care for him. He has tired a few activities, there are many for him to choose from. They are caring for him well and I would recommend it.
Best place!
reviewed on: 02/07/2019 by ShirleyThey have been the best to my Mother! She is happy and so are the residents. It is clean and the staff is wonderful! They go above and beyond to make things work for the residents. They really care! Thank you for everything!
offer meal choices
reviewed on: 12/12/2015 by AnonymousThey staff seems to know the residents personally. At dinner time they offer meal choices to the residents which I think is good.
