It's not a bad place by any means.
reviewed on: 01/24/2014 by Family MemberThe community has a high turnover, so we never know the people who are coming in, and they don't check in on them enough. I think they are understaffed, and that the staff they do have doesn't do enough. We chose it because there was a lot going on when we visited, it looked like it would be easy to get involved. Unfortunately they don't come and get them to join in on the activities, so we find that it isn't happening as much as we had hoped. They enjoy the food. There are some staff that we like. Consistency is a real issue for them. I think their heart is in a good place, and the managment is in a good place. It's not a bad place by any means. They do take too long to take care of the maintenance issues that come up.

reviewed on: 12/11/2017 by AnonymousWhile looking at numerous places for my loved one, this one was very interesting. The facility itself is beautiful and little pricey. The lady that was assisting us was very helpful and very frank. While speaking with her about the certain needs that my loved one needed she assessed the level that my loved one was in. She would say something like “other places would tell you that she is a level 1 but I’m telling you that she is a level 3”. Just seemed very straight forward.

I rate the Cleanliness 5 stars, I rate the Friendliness 5 stars, I rate the value 4 stars, I rate the Care Services 4 stars, and I rate the activities 4 stars. The best things about Pecan Point is their Friendliness and The Cleanliness. The staff and residents are very friendly. This is a good facility.

They did not have an availability at the time but they were friendly and accommodating. I pretty much had a good tour. I appreciate A Place For Mom help, I didn't know where to start.
She likes it there, they treat her real good.
