Community Reviews
By All Means It Is A Nice Community
reviewed on: 01/12/2017 by AnonymousI enjoyed speaking to friendly staff and taking the time to show us the community. They acknowledged my questions and provide me with good information. I had to take into consideration is was mixed with assistant living and I was looking for something more directed to Memory Care.
Very pleased
reviewed on: 04/17/2016 by Deborah BushMy mother and step-father recently moved to WaterCrest, they are thrilled and I am very happy. I live in Louisiana and helped them relocate at a distance with the assistance of Rebecca. Could not have done this without her!
I toured this community
reviewed on: 12/15/2017 by AnonymousI went on a tour here and it was fairly decent. They were nice and helpful and answered all of my question’s. They allowed pets here. We looked at an apartment that had a dog and they said they were going to clean it. It was more expensive we thought but after it was all said and done probably wasn’t that bad. We did chose elsewhere.
I'm very impressed...
reviewed on: 08/13/2015 by AnonymousI'm very impressed. They have worked to get my mother active. They have her involved in activities. They had a resident council, which I thought was very good. The residents were able to input their opinions. It was good to know that they were getting the residents opinions, instead of just the staff. Overall, I am very impressed with this facility. My mother is thriving here. I would recommend this facility without a doubt.
Safe and Comfortable, Highly Recommend
reviewed on: 11/02/2016 by Mildred's DaughterMy 93 year old mother went here for a two week respite stay while I was out of town. I felt very safe with her there, she felt safe and comfortable. She said the food was great. It is served restaurant-style...menus, linen tablecloths, etc. Caregivers come to the room to assist in getting to/from meals and activities. They will bring meals to the room for a service charge, but the goal is to have residents get out of their rooms and see and/or interact with others. Games and activities are offered. My mom lives alone with part-time caregivers coming in a few days a week, so this was a perfect place for her...there are other levels of care offered for those requiring more assistance. The cost was reasonable compared to other places I have looked at. This place treats everyone with respect, friendship, and competency. And, for safety and quick response, my mom wore a button around her neck that she would push whenever she needed assistance, response was quick!
