Community Reviews
Very pleased
reviewed on: 04/17/2016 by Deborah BushMy mother and step-father recently moved to WaterCrest, they are thrilled and I am very happy. I live in Louisiana and helped them relocate at a distance with the assistance of Rebecca. Could not have done this without her!
I toured this community
reviewed on: 12/15/2017 by AnonymousI went on a tour here and it was fairly decent. They were nice and helpful and answered all of my question’s. They allowed pets here. We looked at an apartment that had a dog and they said they were going to clean it. It was more expensive we thought but after it was all said and done probably wasn’t that bad. We did chose elsewhere.
When my time comes, I would hope to be in a place like this
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymousIt's an excellent community. I visited several before deciding on this one, which was the best. It was also the most expensive, so it was a difficult decision for us, but we feel like it's worth it. I like the atmosphere here. Its uplifting, with a beautiful interior, and really pretty outdoor grounds. Other places we looked at just seemed kind of sad. Ordinarily they keep it very clean, but I just visited yesterday and it was not as great as usual. They have a few activities going right now. I believe that part was better before Covid.
A Great Place to Be
reviewed on: 08/31/2021 by anonymousI do think they care. Everyone I've met has been very nice and helpful. Overall the facility is very clean, but my loved one's room is not done as well. The food here is pretty good. There are activities and things to do if the residents are so inclined. My loved one has done some outings he enjoyed quite a bit, but he's not the bingo type. One thing I really love about Landon Ridge is they allow pets, and they have a fenced-in pet area where he can take his dog. We got in at a good rate, so I feel like we're getting a good value.
Excellent Place, and care for your loved ones.
reviewed on: 07/08/2015 by Judy WernerGreat place, and great staff. The Isle of Watercrest- Alamo Ranch, is a new business that has a great staff to patient ratio. The place is amazingly clean, and looks more like an upscale hotel than an assistant living and memory care unit. The Isle of Watercrest-Alamo Ranch has a great memory care unit, which is a secure area for the patients care and safety. Each room has motion detectors notifying staff of movement, in case someone has problems with mobility. The property is beautifully landscaped, and even has a movie theater upstairs for their residents. My mother is a current resident, and I recommend this place very highly.
