My review of Franklin Park
reviewed on: 10/26/2021 by Peggy M[name removed] this young lady is very good at what she does. Helps people who need her, or take them wherever they need to go. I feel this place is great. I lived in another place and it was not as good as this one. [name removed] makes you feel like you are a part of the family.
I would recommend
reviewed on: 12/17/2020 by JudyThe main reason that we chose Franklin Park TPC Parkway because of the location. The other reason was when we took the interview, they were more honest with us and put my dad right into memory care. All the others were looking into wanted to put him in independent living and then later move him up at a higher cost. I really like the way it is set up here, they are in pods. The staff is very professional and they call me for every little thing which I really appreciate. They sent us letters and kept us very informed especially during covid about what was going on inside the facility. I would recommend it to others.
We liked the community and were going to move in
reviewed on: 02/18/2016 by Family MemberWe liked the community and were going to move in, unfortunately circumstances changed and they were not able to accept my loved one. We never moved in, after initially telling me they could not refund my money, they said they would, which is nice, however it is taking a long time for that process to complete.
Good Fit for My Husband and His Needs
reviewed on: 12/09/2016 by AnonymousMy husband is doing quite since his move to this community. Being the social butterfly that he is , he is enjoying the activities very much. He particularly enjoys the interaction with other residents and the staff. He knows many of the residents although he may not recall each name, and I understand that all of them know him and some know me as I drop in rather frequently. He also enjoys the very good food and the timeliness of the meals as his meals were not timely when he was home!Franklin Park is a good match for him especially since he made the final selection. The staff is so professional yet so friendly and caring. He also likes the attentiveness of the staff.
Need More To Do During The Day, But Overall a Nice Community
reviewed on: 02/17/2017 by AnonymousMy mother's only complaint about this community has been, is there isn't enough to do during the day. She would like some more activities through out the day. Other than that issue she is doing well since her move to this community. I know she is safe, and receiving good care. They have good staff here, they have been good to work with. The food is good, she is satisfied with the meals. This community is working out well for my family, and I would recommend it.
