Everything I Can Hope For
reviewed on: 07/12/2016 by AnonymousMy wife is doing fine and seems to be happy. The staff really take good care of her, they watch residents closely. The nurse help me exit too! They help distract my wife. I am well satisfied with the care. I have told people about Franklin Park Stone Oak and mention the appreciation for all the great help from A Place For Mom!
You can't go wrong
reviewed on: 10/12/2021 by ChristyMy dad walked in to Franklin Park and fell in love with it. The friendliness of the staff members was huge for him, they were so welcoming. He has one of the smallest units available, but it is very comfortable for him. It is a great place and we would recommend to others looking.

reviewed on: 12/17/2020 by JudyThe main reason that we chose Franklin Park TPC Parkway because of the location. The other reason was when we took the interview, they were more honest with us and put my dad right into memory care. All the others were looking into wanted to put him in independent living and then later move him up at a higher cost. I really like the way it is set up here, they are in pods. The staff is very professional and they call me for every little thing which I really appreciate. They sent us letters and kept us very informed especially during covid about what was going on inside the facility. I would recommend it to others.

I lived in another place and it was not as good as this one. [name removed] makes you feel like you are a part of the family.
