reviewed on: 02/26/2019 by Mark3MAdmittedly, I am not posting 5 stars here based on my residency experience. But I have made deposit and am committed to moving to FP TPC as soon as possible. I have done so based on my research, visit and interaction with staff, and my daughter's independent visit and her opinion. I asked her to look for downsides and she could fine none. And my daughter is more critical than I am. We have visited other local residences, all good, but we were in agreement that FP TPC was the best. The buildings and grounds were all very nice and welcoming. The amenities were 1st class (including a clinic with on-staff physician). Perhaps one of the highlights of my unannounced visit was being greeted by a super congenial person at the front desk who engaged me in casual conversation. She told me later that she was employed there but was also a resident. All of the staff I met were engaging and willing to promote my transition in any way they could.

They have given us a piece of mind for our loved one and make sure there is plenty of interaction and wonderful care for our senior family member. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring. We couldn't be more happy with Franklin Park at Stone Oak and all of the services offered.

The facility itself is well kept and clean, and the whole place just has a very friendly, warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff here is friendly, and for the most part they do an excellent job with the care. The only issues we've run into is having to correct the same issue more than once with their medication service. But other than that they've met all of our expectations!
