reviewed on: 11/06/2020 by DebraWhen we first walked into Silver Creek everyone was extremely friendly and things were well organized. All the residents seemed to be well taken care of, and seemed to be pretty active. According to our loved one, the food would be a four out of five.
Review of Silver Creek
reviewed on: 10/16/2018 by Shirleysilver Creek Assisted Living in Garland has exceeded all our expectations. All the staff members treat my mother like they would treat their own grandmas. They are very respectful and kind. The facility is kept spotlessly clean. The food is very delicious, offering many choices. my mother is safe and happy at Silver Creek.
They Had Small Apartments
reviewed on: 01/19/2017 by AnonymousWhen I had a tour of the community the staff and people were good to us. When they showed us an apartment I thought it was too small for our needs. Our loved one needed more room to move around.
It was a nice facility.
reviewed on: 03/18/2016 by AnonymousWe toured here when we were looking at places. It was a nice facility. They were new, and didn't have a lot of residents. They used some kind of air freshener, that I had a reaction to, it made it difficult to breathe. The lady that toured us was great, she even offered us the benefit of working with a veteran that would help coordinate VA benefits. We thought that was really nice, and we liked it, but it was just too far for me to get to on a regular basis.
