We are not always happy with the decisions, but he tries to be firm and fair. Food is sometimes not the best. I think if he reopens the dining room everyone will be much happier. This is one of my biggest complaints.

reviewed on: 01/30/2014 by AnonymousTruly fabulous staff members! Great food served in lovely dining areas. Sparkling, clean facility. Entire place is very, very positive and upbeat. I have no complaints. Both my mother-in-law and father-in-law are living at Royal Estates in a well laid out apartment.

reviewed on: 12/09/2015 by AnonymousThe staff here is okay and they are friendly, but they are not very well trained and they are not attentive enough to the residents here. The food is just okay, and the maintenance crew just does not do a good enough job of keeping the place clean.
