We Love Parsons House
reviewed on: 07/10/2018 by NancyPH has been home to my husband for over 2 years. We feel as at home and welcome here as we did on day one. The management addresses any concern in a timely and efficient manner. The entire staff is gracious, helpful and kind. The caregivers work hard to attend to my husband’s needs in a loving and caring way. The chef prepares delicious meals which are served with a smile and a kind word. We love our PH Staff and all of our PH Family of Friends. PH is our “Home, Sweet Home.”
Parsons House Preston Hollow is home!
reviewed on: 02/08/2014 by Dallas, TexasParsons House Preston Hollow on Northwest Highway in Dallas is a small Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, with about 60 apartments, and as of 2014 has approximately 45 residents. The House is small enough to feel like "home." Numerous common areas: dining room, living areas, game room/library, room for chair exercises and lectures, beauty salon. Because this is a smaller facility, there are not as many amenities; however, the residents get more personal attention from the staff than provided in large facilities. All employees are friendly and professional. They seem to love the residents! The food is served as a set menu, but the chef makes substitutions for resident preferences. The meals I have eaten there as a guest are delicious. Apartments range from 300 to 500+ square feet. The nursing staff monitors the resident's abilities and adjusts the care levels as necessary. Your loved one will not get lost in the crowd at Parsons House.
We loved Parson's House
reviewed on: 01/08/2021 by Gloria RigsbyI would tell others that this was our first experience with a nursing home and it was great. The tour was awesome and I did not look anywhere else because we really liked it here. They do a lot of activities with the residents and they always have something going on. The facility itself was very pretty as well. The staff was very friendly and interacted with the residents more than anywhere else I have ever seen. He really liked it here and I would highly recommend to anyone's loved one.
