My Brother is Very Happy
reviewed on: 08/26/2013 by SandraI'm very pleased with it and so is my brother, living there. He's has some CDs stolen from his room and that's been a concern of ours but it's not enough to leave. They play bingo and all different kinds of games and this is everyday! They go to the civic center, county fairs, have movie night and popcorn night. They are constantly having something which is great. I like it because it's small, only maybe 40 rooms there or so and everybody knows everybody. I really can't speak highly enough of the staff there. My brother is very very happy there.
very happy!
reviewed on: 05/21/2015 by AnonymousAinsley Courte Assisted Living (now called Parsons House) is the only place that I have experience with my mother (who has been hospitalized several times in the last year) where the administrative staff and caregivers all work together as a team, know what is going on, and really work together to give mom the best care in a way that we have not seen at other places. The place is very clean and mom is doing as well as can be. We are very happy!
Our tour experience
reviewed on: 05/17/2021 by anonymousAfter our tour, we decided it was a bit expensive, and the distance was too far. But it was really nice, and I really liked it. I really liked the director and the atmosphere when I walked in there. Everything about it was great.
Would Definitely Recommend
reviewed on: 09/30/2021 by anonymousI would recommend them. The staff are very caring. Probably the biggest problem that we've had is medication management. With the pharmacy that they use, our loved one's medications are more expensive than they were at the pharmacy we used previously. And when medications change, they require paperwork from the doctor. Sometimes the doctors are not very responsive, and while that's not Parson's fault, changes don't happen as quickly as they need to because of the paperwork aspect. Upper management has had some turnover as well, which was concerning at first. But in some cases, the replacements have been better than the people who were there to start with. I will say it's a smaller place, so the residents don't get lost. It's private. It's in a great location that feels like it's in the country, with lots of trees all around. My love done doesn't care for the food, but she can be kind of picky. They do have quite a lot of activities going on every week.
Tour and care
reviewed on: 05/12/2017 by AnonymousWe toured this community. It was a distance from our home. We did like a staff that did answer the questions that we had on the care that was given. The activities are offered to all of the residents. This community seemed small from others. We would recommend that families tour this community
