Flexiblity and comunication

It has taken my father some time to adjust...as well as the care takers understanding his needs. The care takers have been very responsive to my personal requests and have included him in appropriate activities. He was honored on Veterans day...Kudos to management for their planning on special occasions.

They were able to address all of my concerns. The community was very well kept and nice throughout. It is kept very clean and updated. I was impressed with A Place for Mom a few years ago when I was researching senior living options. I never forget A Place for Mom and used them again now when it was time for my loved ones to move.

reviewed on: 08/03/2017 by AnonymousWe knew right away that Harmony Point Memory Care was the perfect place for my dad. The staff is so caring and understanding of my dad's needs. The communication I have with the staff members is excellent. I emailed them one of my concerns that dad can easily get agitated if he is not kept busy, they responded that they had taken care of my worries and let me know he was helping them fill the bird feeders and other little things to keep him busy. There are no complaints about the food and the place is very clean. I would highly recommend Harmony Point to others looking for quality care.
