I have been a nurse for 30 years in middle TN and I must say this is the BEST facility I have ever seen. Clean, tastefully decorated, kind staff, excellent care, delicious food and amazingly I had zero complaints. I feel if she had been ANYWHERE else I would not be able to say the same. The Christian atmosphere definitely makes a difference as does the not for profit status. I have nothing bad to say at all and I am picky since I have been a nurse many years! If she needs care in the future this will be my first choice!

The facility is all one floor
reviewed on: 06/19/2013 by Recommend Stones River ManorWe chose Stones River Manor because the facility is all on a singular floor there is no elevator or stairs to stumble up or down on. My loved one preferred this layout over the other multi-level complexes we saw. Everyone at all the facilities were very nice and answered all of our questions including Stones River Manor.
