Review of Family Ministries John M Reed Center
reviewed on: 05/27/2020 by Laura TaylorFamily Ministries is a very loving and caring family, I've been here 3 years in [date removed]. We have quite a few events and activities. 'Fun' we sit in the 'courtyard' on nice days. The staff works very hard to make it pleasant for us patients. The food is very very good. I would refer this place to anyone.
Be Sure You Family Member Needs All The Services

a review
reviewed on: 02/06/2021 by SallyThe staff is VERY friendly before admitting a love one. Once this person was there I had to get all the meds and yes I agreed to do this. I got no updates on how this person was doing and when he passed away there was not one person from the home that called and said they were even sorry. I really thought it was going to be a great place but it is just like the rest of them a business. All they are after is the money part of it. I thought they cared .
Frustrating
reviewed on: 03/18/2021 by anonymousWe chose Family Ministries at the time because we were self pay and they were within the budget they could afford. We thought since it was ministry based it would be an excellent fit for my mom, and it is in a beautiful setting with beautiful view. Unfortunately, they over promised and undelivered. She had repeated falls while she was here and was in the hospital 3 times within a 5 day period. It was difficult to get the head nurse to ever call me back. The staff was not communicating, I would take things for my mom and they would call me 2 days later and tell me she was out of things that I had just brought her. A lot of the things I bought for her disappeared. It was a very frustrating experience.
