Our first tour was on the weekend and conducted by social Worker who was very pleasant and showed us around, but did not have the detailed knowledge regarding availability and financial information. the Director and I have played phone tag and I have not had the opportunity to discuss further with her.

Stressed the ability to get to exits by themselves in 13 minutes. They will "escort" residents to meals, activities, but don't push them. Again, they stress they have to get themselves around. Nice menus. One bedroom units available - we would need 1st floor - they thought there was one open.
