Nice tour
reviewed on: 08/03/2017 by AnonymousCarolina Gardens at Kathwood was a very nice and clean community that we toured. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community because, in the end, it was my mom's choice.

The entire staff watch out for her. She likes the food and they do offer a variety of activities. They keep the community clean. We felt the most comfortable with this community and I have already recommended it.

It is a nice looking, well kept facility, and they did a great job keeping the residents active and involved. The activities director is fantastic! However, I do think they could have been a bit more coordinated in regards to the communication both between staff members and with the families.

The marketing person I worked with was helpful and very accommodating! My loved one has settled in well, and really seems to be enjoying himself here!
