The only issue she's been having is that when she asks for a cup of coffee during the day it can take hours for them to bring it to her. If they bring it at all. The social worker has talked to me and told me that they are going to be sure that we have caregiver options. That was really nice.

The rehab center is not as up to date as that other place, but the treatment towards the residents is a lot better. There has only been one employee that I haven't been happy with. But they got on her, and it's been better. It's clean. The only place down here that doesn't feel like a rehab. He likes my cooking more. He likes salt, and the food here is kind of bland.

The rehab therapists have said she has reached her peak in progress, but I don't think that's the case. I think the staff is way overworked. They are doing as much as they can for the situation they are in. They all do pretty well with being friendly. There always room improvement with cleaning. Some days were better than others. They brought her food that she wouldn't eat.

reviewed on: 11/06/2019 by AnonymousThe center looks pretty clean. They are friendly but he is not giving the care he needs. The rehab therapists only see him 15 minutes a day. They are not changing him often enough. I do not give updates and I have to hunt them down.
